




Position Summary: We are seeking a Process and Organizational Optimization Analyst with experience in process redesign and implementation to identify improvement and automation opportunities. Process and Organizational Optimization Analyst We seek a candidate with proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, redesigning, and implementing organizational processes—capable of understanding the company’s end-to-end operations, information domains, and interdepartmental relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying rework, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, structuring processes that are clear, measurable, controllable, and ready for automation. We do not seek a profile limited to documentation or project support. The candidate must directly execute assigned activities, take ownership of deliverables, and track each initiative through to implementation and closure. Key Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end processes. * Define activities, responsibilities, controls, KPIs, business rules, and information flows. * Understand information domains associated with each process, identifying data sources, owners, dependencies, and data quality. * Detect manual, repetitive, or error-prone activities suitable for automation. * Design standardized processes ready for automation. * Structure functional requirements for workflows, applications, integrations, or development. * Coordinate with involved departments to implement improvements. * Track commitments, deadlines, risks, and outcomes until effective closure. * Measure the impact of implemented improvements on cycle times, costs, productivity, and quality. Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience Minimum **four years of specific, verifiable experience directly executing** process analysis, documentation, redesign, optimization, and implementation activities. Experience must demonstrate accountability for deliverables, timelines, and results. Merely participating in, supporting, or occasionally assisting projects will not suffice. Knowledge * Process management and modeling. * BPM or BPMN. * KPIs, controls, and responsibility matrices. * Functional requirements structuring. * Continuous improvement and process automation. * Diagramming and process management tools. * Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience or knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem for automation is highly valued, especially: * Microsoft Power Automate. * Microsoft Power Apps. * SharePoint. * Microsoft Forms. * Dataverse. * Power BI. * Microsoft 365\. A specialized development background is not required; however, the candidate must be able to structure automatable processes and translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Competencies Highly analytical, organized, rigorous, and results-oriented individual—with autonomy, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Must demonstrate execution discipline and the ability to translate analysis into concrete actions—ensuring initiatives go beyond documentation or recommendations. English Proficiency in spoken and written English is valued for understanding technical documentation, researching tools, and participating in professional contexts.
