




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional with experience in project management under PMI methodologies, focused on technology and digital transformation projects, leading processes, control, and change management. We are looking for a **Project Management Office (PMO)** professional with solid experience in project management under PMI methodologies, focused on technology and digital transformation projects, working in a **remote capacity**, and leading the definition of processes, project control, and change management within corporate environments. **Responsibilities:** * Define and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes. * Monitor project status and prepare reports for senior management. * Manage organizational change programs associated with projects. * Administer shared resources and optimize their allocation across projects. * Identify and mitigate risks to ensure quality and achievement of objectives. * Coordinate communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and business units. * Lead training and mentoring for project leaders and teams. * Oversee functional, performance, and quality testing across various environments. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 years of experience in project management (PMO). * Knowledge of PMI or similar methodologies. * Experience in change management and organizational culture. * Proficiency with project management tools. * Experience in project control, planning, and risk management. * Knowledge of software testing (functional, performance, and scalability). * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
