Administer technological infrastructure and supervise projects **We are hiring! \| Infrastructure IT Analyst** **Location: Cali – Valle del Cauca, Colombia** **Contract Type: Indefinite** About the Role We are looking for an **IT Analyst** to support the company’s technological operations, ensuring business continuity, information security, and alignment of technological solutions with the organization’s strategic objectives. This is a tactical role with direct impact on operational efficiency, IT infrastructure management, and internal user support. **\*\*Key Responsibilities** \- Administer technological infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software). \- Ensure proper installation, configuration, and operation of IT systems. \- Manage and track technical support tickets. \- Implement and maintain information security policies. \- Supervise technology projects from inception to completion. \- Manage technology vendors and consultants. \- Identify opportunities for improvement in IT processes. \- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and reports. \- Train users on the use of IT tools and procedures. **\*\*Required Profile** \- Degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field. \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. \*Strong knowledge of: \- Network and server administration \- Information security \- Technological infrastructure \- Microsoft platforms \- Advanced Excel \- Intermediate English. \*Key skills: leadership, results orientation, effective communication, change management, and teamwork.
