**Job Objective**
A professional in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, responsible for supporting and coordinating the administrative and logistics operations of **vehicle emissions measurement and inspection services**, ensuring appropriate planning, organization, and field execution of activities.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate logistics for vehicle emissions measurement and inspection operations.
* Plan personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, and required resources for each operation.
* Monitor scheduling and field service delivery.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, operational staff, and work teams.
* Manage inventories, equipment and supply distribution, transfer, and availability.
* Prepare administrative and operational reports related to services performed.
* Track operational KPIs, productivity, timelines, and compliance.
* Support document management, invoicing, service orders, and operation records.
* Identify operational anomalies and promptly manage their resolution.
* Ensure proper handling and custody of equipment used for emissions measurement.
* Support route planning, scheduling, and staff transportation arrangements.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and established requirements for service delivery.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Experience in administrative coordination, logistics, or operations—preferably in field services.
* Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools.
* Ability to organize personnel, resources, timeframes, and concurrent activities.
* Strong communication, leadership, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel within Medellín and its metropolitan area as required by operations.
* Prior experience in automotive sector companies, CDA, emissions inspection, technical services, or field operations is desirable.
