PAYROLL AND SOCIAL SECURITY ANALYST – BOGOTÁ An aviation-sector business group requires a professional, technician, or university student in administrative, financial, human resources, industrial engineering, or related fields; preferably holding a diploma or additional training in Payroll Management and/or Labor Legislation. Knowledge, proficiency, and experience in comprehensive payroll, social security, and social benefits management for companies with over 500 employees; preferably advanced knowledge and use of ODOO payroll software and intermediate or advanced Excel; experience and knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll; understanding of compensation and benefits processes; electronic payroll reporting; recovery of disability leave payments; and SENA apprenticeship fee matrix. Responsible for managing, consolidating, and settling payroll updates, social benefits, and social security matters. Strong competencies in planning, attention to detail, perseverance, teamwork, effective communication, information research and analysis, dynamism, sense of urgency, and positive attitude toward regulations.
