Position Summary: This role seeks an Automation and Operations Consultant to ensure the availability, stability, and optimal performance of the Teller Elevate transactional platform. IT OPERATIONS AUTOMATION AND OPERATIONS CONSULTANT 4 hours ago Description Ensure the availability, stability, and optimal performance of the Windows Server-based transactional platform supporting Teller Elevate across the entire branch network, minimizing service disruptions and guaranteeing continuous operation. The incumbent will focus on proactive platform and associated infrastructure maintenance, critical incident management, and optimization of end-user service processes. Key Responsibilities and Operational Support* Teller Elevate Platform Availability: Execute monitoring and preventive maintenance of Teller Elevate services and components to ensure uninterrupted availability for the branch network. * Critical Incident Management: Lead rapid and efficient resolution of high-priority incidents related to Teller Elevate and microcomputing services, applying a pragmatic approach to restore service, and documenting solutions in ServiceNow (with subsequent formalization support). * Branch Network Support: Provide specialized second- and third-level technical support for the platform and its dependencies (hardware, endpoint operating systems), demonstrating excellent service orientation and collaboration with first-level support teams. * Maintenance and Updates: Coordinate and implement patches and updates for the Teller Elevate platform and Windows operating systems on office terminals, ensuring compliance with security policies. * Analysis and Optimization: Participate in developing reports and performance analyses of the platform to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities, driving optimization initiatives that foster professional development. * Access Infrastructure Management: Administer key Active Directory elements (GPOs, organizational units) that directly impact the security and operation of Teller Elevate terminals. Requirements Education and Certifications* Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Desired Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation, certifications specific to banking transactional systems or Microsoft (Windows Server/Endpoint), AI proficiency. Proven Experience* Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in specialized support, infrastructure, or administration of critical systems, preferably in banking environments or with transactional systems. Hard Skills (Technical Competencies)* Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows endpoint OS and Windows Server). * ITSM and Active Directory: Operational use of ServiceNow ITSM modules and experience administering Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
