The Position As Process Owner \- Administrative Engagement Services, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the administrative processes of the Engagement cell, which centralizes support for Roche’s interactions with key healthcare stakeholders (professionals, organizations, patient programs, and donations). In this role, you will act as the guardian of regulatory compliance and leader of continuous improvement, ensuring that each contract, payment, or collaboration is executed with operational excellence and under the highest ethical standards. The Opportunity * Lead projects for process optimization, simplification, and automation to improve response times and operational efficiency. * Act as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding internal and external stakeholders on the correct execution of interactions with healthcare stakeholders. * Negotiate and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal customers to align expectations and responsiveness capacity. * Manage the transactional support team and external personnel in processing contracts, purchase orders, and clinical study or donation documents. * Define and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures for the area, seeking service standardization under compliance standards. * Implement metrics and KPIs to assess team capability and conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Apply agile methodology principles (Scrum and Lean Management) to manage the request backlog and facilitate follow-up meetings. Who you are * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Business Administration. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative process management, shared service centers (SSCs), process optimization, or project management. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector (preferred). * Advanced English language proficiency (B2\-C1\) for interaction in a multinational environment. * Demonstrable knowledge and application of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Six Sigma, or Lean Management. * Analytical and methodical mindset with proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
