As Procurement Coordinator for Roche Diagnostics Colombia, you will lead the strategic sourcing vision to ensure optimal spend management. You will act as a key business partner, engaging early in planning processes to deliver high-quality procurement solutions that meet internal stakeholders’ needs and generate business value. The Opportunity * Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key procurement categories aligned with business objectives. * Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers, conducting in-depth market analysis to identify best-in-class products and services. * Manage the end-to-end “Requisition to Payment” (R2P) process, ensuring productivity standards, high quality, and timely response times. * Identify and mitigate supply risks by developing robust continuity and contingency plans for critical services. * Ensure full compliance with Compliance requirements and Codes of Conduct during supplier pre-qualification and audits. * Implement Category Management (CATMAN) principles to leverage demand and optimize annual tendering plans. * Provide training and support on procurement platforms such as SAP and Smartsheet to ensure efficient user adoption. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and savings reports to provide visibility to senior management for decision-making. Who You Are * You hold a professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business. * You bring over 4 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles within procurement, logistics, or process improvement functions. * You possess advanced negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage complex category strategies. * You demonstrate fluency in English (advanced level) and have experience using MS Office and G\-Suite tools. * You are characterized by systems thinking and the ability to achieve results through cross-functional collaboration. Preferred * Prior experience in the Diagnostics, Technology, or Aerospace industries. * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Lean Management. * Familiarity with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Risk Management tools.
