In this role, you will be responsible for the project’s technical monitoring and control, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and construction costs. Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, control, and tracking is essential. Additionally, we seek strong communication skills to facilitate collaborative work with internal teams and contractors, as well as the ability to promptly analyze and resolve technical challenges arising during the project. **Conditions** * Location: Cartagena (on-site, with site visits as required). * Employment type and salary: Project-based or Labor contract — (4' to 4'5') plus benefits. * Immediate start preferred.
