Location: Bogotá \- North Work Mode: On-site · Required Profile: · Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and infrastructure. · Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, operating systems, helpdesk tools, and corporate office productivity software. · Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, organizational capability, teamwork, and service orientation. Main Responsibilities: · Provide first- and second-level technical support. · Manage computing devices, networks, servers, printers, and mobile devices. · Manage access rights, permissions, and information security. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological infrastructure. · Manage equipment and license inventories. · Support onboarding and offboarding of staff by configuring and deactivating access accounts. · Coordinate with technology vendors and manage software and hardware requirements.
