Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and data optimization. **Position: Data Analytics Intern** At **S4L Colombia S.A.S.**, we are looking for a **university intern** interested in data analysis, process automation, and continuous improvement, who wishes to strengthen their knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. **Work Modality:** Hybrid/Remote **What We Are Looking For:** * University students majoring in Data Analytics, Software Development, Systems Engineering, Database Management, or related fields. * Eligible to sign a SENA apprenticeship contract. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Drive. * Basic knowledge of or interest in Python and Visual Studio. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Access to a computer and stable internet connection. **Main Responsibilities:** * Extract, clean, consolidate, and visualize data to support decision-making. * Analyze information from various departments such as marketing, sales, content, and design. * Respond to daily information requests and generate reports for internal teams. * Perform data cross-referencing and database consolidation. * Support the migration of processes from Excel to solutions developed in Python and Visual Studio. * Generate and update reports related to key performance indicators and commercial performance. * Analyze acquisition channel behavior to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data management optimization. **What We Offer:** * SENA apprenticeship contract. * Current Legal Minimum Wage \+ EPS and ARL affiliation. * Corporate benefits, including a 100% scholarship for undergraduate programs. * Ongoing training and mentoring. * Opportunity to develop expertise in data analytics, process automation, and technological tools.
