Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations We are seeking an experienced **Cloud Program Manager (CPM)** to oversee large\-scale cloud programs and ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. In this role, you will combine a strong technical background with executive\-level communication abilities. **Responsibilities** * Set up effective governance frameworks for interconnected initiatives using waterfall and agile methodologies * Oversee scope, budget and schedules while identifying and addressing program risks * Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers and senior executives, to align objectives and manage expectations * Align program outcomes with measurable business objectives such as ROI and TCO * Prioritize long\-term strategic customer goals in addition to meeting immediate delivery timelines * Facilitate technical discussions and identify dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data and development domains * Foster trust and credibility with engineering teams through informed collaboration * Lead programs from inception to completion according to customer priorities **Requirements** * 9\+ years of experience in software development * Competency in Project Management, SCRUM and stakeholder management * Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform * Knowledge of cloud technologies spanning infrastructure, data and development * Capability to manage program governance, risk mitigation and financial oversight * Understanding of program execution’s connection to business value metrics such as ROI and TCO * Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (B2\+/C1\)
