Job Summary: We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Analyst to support the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising strategies in-store, ensuring attractive displays aligned with the brand. Opportunity for growth within the brand GCO, a company operating in the retail fashion sector, is looking for your talent as a VISUAL MERCHANDISING ANALYST to work with our brands Chevignon, Americanino, and Esprit. Position Objective Support the execution and maintenance of in-store visual merchandising strategies, ensuring attractive, organized, and brand-identity-aligned displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales. Main Responsibilities Support the setup and updating of window displays and interior displays according to brand guidelines. Ensure proper product rotation, organization, and presentation on the sales floor. Implement layout changes, promotions, and visual campaigns. Verify the good condition of visual materials (mannequins, furniture, signage, etc.). Support the store team in best practices for display. Monitor compliance with defined visual standards. Assignment and Management of assigned stores Requirements Technical, technological, or professional education in related fields such as: Fashion design, visual merchandising, graphic design, marketing, advertising, or similar. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser. Basic knowledge of visual trends, product display, and retail. Willingness to travel Competencies Creativity and aesthetic sense.
