Opportunity for growth in a collaborative and innovative environment. **Palletizing Operator \- Conveyor** =================================== **About the Role:** You must ensure reduction of errors arising from recording inventory for goods that have not physically been produced by the plant. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that the quantity produced matches the materials delivered by the raw materials warehouse (verify corrugated board quantities), and if discrepancies arise, report them to the distribution center’s inventory assistant for review. * Cancel documents in SAP when incorrect goods entries occur. * Review and manage space in the finished goods warehouse to ensure uninterrupted conveyor operation. * Report and track electro-mechanical issues that may cause conveyor failure. * Inspect and request maintenance for equipment such as palletizers and electric stackers. * Support conveyor operators in complying with postural safety and hygiene standards and “5S” practices. * Manage scanner inconsistencies to ensure the system operates online. * Audit each production order and verify that the quantity of corrugated boards delivered by the raw materials warehouse equals the number of boxes delivered to the distribution center, to ensure cost control for the order. * Support all three shifts in adhering to safety and hygiene standards in the conveyor area, contribute to methodological implementation of 5S and TPM processes, minimize losses, and build employee knowledge for future plant selection processes. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices: no facial or nail makeup, clean hands, no accessories or covered accessories, and clean uniforms adhering to the color-coding standard. * Ensure palletizing complies with the corrugated board layout (drawing), packaging specification sheet, and SAP. * Ensure corrugated boards are properly sealed and labeled with barcodes. * Ensure corrugated boards are placed on pallets. * Ensure completion of the Conveyor Quality Checklist. **Who You Are:** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Quality and Productivity, Production, Systems, or Administration. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or production areas. * **Knowledge:** Excel, database management, report generation, Office 365\. **What We Offer:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
