If you possess the qualities and motivation to lead yourself or teams, roles are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** This individual will be responsible for processes within the US & CA regions: * Handle inbound calls from customers in the United States to assist them with updating banking information or processing one-time payments. * Execute process-related macros for different countries. * Make outbound calls to support customers in updating their payment information. * Prepare and issue letters through internal systems to inform customers of their account statements. * Process disputes, balance reviews, and adjustments as required by the respective workflows. **Qualifications:** * Senior-year student or graduate in administrative or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency (60%) * Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge. * Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Assertive and professional communication skills. **Grade: 7** **Schedule:** 6:30 am to 4:00 pm **Work modality:** Hybrid. **Employment Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
