Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Technology Analyst to ensure optimal operation of equipment and applications, and to maintain documentation and incident records. Key Highlights: 1. This is a full-time, on-site position for an Information Technology Analyst located in Pereira. The Information Technology Analyst will be responsible for: 1) Ensuring proper operation of equipment. 2) Updating the Incident Register 3) Maintaining extended warranty control 4) Maintaining equipment documentation. 5) Ensuring proper operation of applications 6) Fully complying with applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures established by 24[7] and any of its clients. 7) Performing other duties assigned by their direct supervisor. Requirements: Education/Knowledge: Intermediate Technical Degree in Computer Systems Experience: Using products or applications, antivirus software, and other common tools in an Information Technology department. Six months of experience in related fields within Computer Systems. Knowledge of: Applications, tools, and PC operating systems; MS Windows, MS Office, Antivirus (e.g., Microsoft, TrendMicro, etc.), RDP, Web Conference (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc.), Softphones (e.g., PhonerLite, Jabber, 8x8, Five9, etc.) or Hardware: Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Hardphone, Network Cabling Required Skills: Problem-solving Stress and pressure tolerance Attention to detail and results orientation Multitasking Excellent time management. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree years of experience Age: between 20 and 32 years old Keywords: technologies, the, information, it, analyst, analyst
