




Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and proactive HSEQ Professional to lead the implementation, continuous improvement, and optimization of Integrated Management Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and elevating standards. Manage HSEQ performance indicators and investigate incidents We seek a **strategic and proactive HSEQ Professional** to lead the implementation, continuous improvement, and optimization of our Integrated Management Systems (Safety, Occupational Health, and Quality). Your mission will be to ensure regulatory compliance, foster a robust risk prevention culture, and elevate our quality standards to achieve and exceed international certifications. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar HSEQ roles, with demonstrable experience in: * Implementation and auditing of the OSH Management System. * Management and improvement of quality processes. * **Required Certifications:** * 50-hour OSH Management System certificate (Decree 1072 of 2015, Art. 2.2.4.6.35). * 20-hour OSH Management System refresher certificate (Circular 063 of 2020). * Valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) license covering **Industrial/Occupational Safety**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the implementation, maintenance, and internal auditing of the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS)**, ensuring strict compliance with current legal regulations. * Design, update, and execute the **Occupational Risk Assessment** (IPERC matrix, safety inspections, emergency and response plans). * Develop and implement ongoing **training programs** on safety, occupational health, and best practices, targeting all organizational levels. * Manage **HSEQ performance indicators**, investigate incidents/accidents, and lead the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with operational departments to **integrate quality, safety, and health criteria** into production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Foster and promote a **culture of quality and risk prevention**, actively engaging all employees. **Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Solid knowledge of standards **ISO 9001, ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001**, and national standards (NTC). * Proven experience in preparing for and participating in **certification audits**. * Advanced proficiency in **data analysis tools** and **continuous improvement methodologies** (Kaizen, 5S, PDCA cycle). * Excellent **communication, leadership, and negotiation skills** to positively influence and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical individual with strategic vision and strong problem-solving ability.
