Ensure full customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to customer requests, and guaranteeing requirement compliance through service monitoring and management indicators. **Requirements** Education: Technician and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; or undergraduate students from the sixth semester onward in administrative or engineering programs. Experience: 12 months of experience in similar positions **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Contract Type: Project-based or task-based (temporary)
