In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining highly available production environments, improving system reliability, and supporting cloud\-native infrastructure and deployment processes. You will work closely with software engineers and cross\-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and efficient incident response across our platforms. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and reliability * Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause analysis * Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency * Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards * Automate operational tasks and infrastructure processes * Manage and improve *CI*/CD pipelines and deployment processes * Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and release quality * Support cloud infrastructure and *Kubernetes* environments * Participate in on\-call rotations and incident response activities (additional incentive bonus available for on\-call participation) * Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks **Required Qualifications \& Technical Skills** ----------------------------------------------- * 3\+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, *DevOps*, or related roles * Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills * Experience with cloud platforms such as: + Amazon Web Services (AWS) + Google Cloud Platform (GCP) + Microsoft *Azure* (*Azure* preferred) * Hands\-on experience with Docker and *Kubernetes* * Experience managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform * Experience building and maintaining *CI*/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions * Monitoring and observability experience with Datadog * Scripting experience using *Python* and/or Bash * Experience with incident management and production support * B2 English proficiency or higher **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** ------------------------- * Knowledge of Databricks * Experience with Snowflake * Familiarity with Apache Airflow **Soft Skills** --------------- * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving mindset * Clear and effective communication during incidents * Ownership and accountability * Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams * Proactive mindset toward automation and continuous improvement * Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure **What We Offer** ----------------- Permanent contract Learning and continuous growth environment Benefits package focused on health and well\-being Competitive salary based on experience **Apply only if you reside in Colombia** At **Source Meridian**, you’ll be part of a high\-impact **tech\-health** company, building products that truly make a difference.
