Requirements: • Education: Technical or Technological degree in Document Management, Archival Science, or Administration. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in document management processes (verifiable). • Tools: Proficiency in Excel and Word (Basic to Intermediate). Responsibilities: • Classify, update, and control physical and digital documents. • Organize and preserve files according to current regulations. • Manage correspondence and provide user support. • Monitor KPIs and ensure service-level agreement compliance. Working Conditions: • Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits (paid biweekly). • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Contract Type: Project-based or Labor contract. • Location: La Calera.
