Client acquisition and retention within the segment A major banking institution is seeking a Commercial Advisor for daytime shifts in Espinal. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with availability required for daytime shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Below is the required profile for this search: Academic Qualifications: Students from the third semester onward in administrative, financial, or related fields. (Studies may be suspended). Minimum completed technical or technological program relevant to the financial sector. Required Experience (minimum 6 months): Sales experience with goal achievement and variable salary management. Experience in service-oriented entities (preferably in the financial sector, telecommunications, insurance, cooperatives, financial BPO, or intangible products). Main Responsibilities: Client acquisition and retention within the segment. Sales and promotion of the deposit and lending product portfolio. Client contact and management via database (CRM). Product opening, customer data updating, and client onboarding. Documentary verification for credit and financial products. Commercial management in office and field settings.
