Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative and commercial support, managing procurement, logistics, and document validation processes in the technology sector. Customer service for internal and external customers A prominent technology-sector company is looking for a Professional in Business Administration, related administrative fields, or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience performing administrative and commercial support functions, preferably within technology companies. Requirements: Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative tasks related to the commercial area. Proficiency in procurement, logistics, and document validation processes. Excellent organizational skills, follow-up capability, and attention to detail. Experience in technology-sector companies is desirable. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the commercial team and deliver service to internal and external customers. Manage requests for requisition and purchase of spare parts or items unavailable through the procurement department. Track requirements arising from quotations and customer needs. Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely shipment of goods. Validate billing invoices, ensuring compliance with company-agreed prices and terms. Support the proper execution of administrative and commercial processes within the department. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings. Salary: $2,250,000 + productivity bonus of $469,904. Approximate total monthly compensation: $2,719,904 + statutory benefits.
