We are currently seeking a Freelance Manager to support customer service and assistance processes. Main Responsibilities · Customer service and guidance. Reception and management of PQRs (Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions). Conducting scheduled visits. Support in training sessions. Resolving user questions and concerns. Position Conditions · Freelance modality. 2 days per month (one day every fifteen days). Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Daily pay: $58,363 + Daily transportation allowance 100% coverage of monthly social security (health) Monthly payment: First 5 days of each month. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. Requirements · Availability to work on assigned days. Excellent service attitude and customer orientation. Ability to manage PQRs and resolve user inquiries. Experience in training or customer service. Desirable experience in affiliation, contracting, and disability management processes.
