Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, scale, and maintain our Artificial Intelligence platform in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Highlights: 1. Working in a startup environment with rapid iteration cycles We are hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer (AI Platform). We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, scale, and maintain our Artificial Intelligence platform. This role works closely with the Product Manager and leadership team and is critical to executing in a fast-changing startup environment. Responsibilities: Develop new core features of the AI platform. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager on feature implementation. Build backend services using Python. Develop frontend components with React. Participate in feature design and system architecture discussions. Ensure performance, scalability, and clean architecture. Contribute to rapid iteration cycles as the product evolves. Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers. Technical Requirements: Strong experience with Python. Experience with asynchronous frameworks (Quart is a highly relevant Python web framework for this role) or strong adaptability. Proficiency in React. Experience with relational databases and caching systems. Cloud experience (GCP is a plus). API development and authentication mechanisms. CI/CD and Docker proficiency. Product-oriented mindset focused on AI development. Soft Skills and Work Style: Strong sense of urgency and ownership Comfort working with evolving requirements Clear communication; ability to ask questions and align early Startup mindset with strong execution focus English Proficiency: C1 level English.
