Academic Qualifications: Technology degree in Systems or related fields Experience 1–2 years in systems support activities. Main Responsibilities: Promptly attend to and execute support requests submitted by system users. Promptly execute technical support requests submitted by company users. Monitor that scheduled (jobs) automated tasks on servers are executed. Create and manage corrective and/or planned maintenance orders for assigned facilities.
