Ensuring compliance with hiring policies We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a major transportation sector company! · HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT Work Location: El Poblado, Medellín Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: $1,750,905 + Transportation allowance Social benefits: All statutory benefits · What will you do in this role? Provide comprehensive support to senior management in the administration and management of the organization’s human resources. Direct and support Human Resource Management processes across various company departments. Manage the hiring of selected personnel, ensuring compliance with the company’s hiring policies. Oversee the accurate and timely execution of payroll, social security affiliations, personnel updates, and comprehensive social security procedures. Ensure proper settlement for separated personnel, including statutory social benefits and legal obligations. Maintain control and records of schedule changes, permissions, leaves, and staff arrivals or departures during working hours. · What qualifications do you need to apply?
