




Job Summary: A major hygiene utensils manufacturing plant is seeking Quality Control Analysts to verify product compliance, identify improvements, and propose solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. A major hygiene utensils manufacturing plant requires Quality Control Analysts for its team, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the role (internships are validated). Required academic background: Technician or graduate degree in fields related to quality management and control. Responsibilities: Conduct and analyze tests to verify compliance of manufactured and finished products, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to prevent nonconformities. Inspect each stage of the production process, analyzing potential deviations and suggesting corrective actions to avoid future quality issues. Conduct training for operational and logistics personnel to ensure training effectiveness and compliance with quality requirements. Manage the disposition of nonconforming products, proposing solutions for their recovery or disposal and suggesting improvements to minimize recurrence, among other specific duties of the position. Position Conditions: Workplace: Bogotá – Montevideo Industrial Zone. Working Hours: Three rotating 8-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Base Salary: $2,200,000 + Transportation Allowance ($249,095) + All Statutory Benefits + Overtime and Sunday Premiums (paid biweekly).
