Analyze the relationship between market salaries and the final price of services offered to clients. Understand and challenge the cost structure and margins defined by the organization. Support pricing structuring considering salary inputs, geography, industry, and internal guidelines. Manage multiple simultaneous requests, prioritizing deliverables in high-demand environments while maintaining information confidentiality. · Skills & Qualifications Hard Skills 2 years of experience handling data and performing basic information analysis. Desired experience in cost analysis, basic pricing, or market research. Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas). Data analysis, market research. Basic understanding of salary structures and pricing logic (costs and margins). Soft Skills Organization and task prioritization. Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Handling confidential information.
