You will train users and provide expert support We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to manage the implementation of our market-leading SaaS solution. What will you do with us? You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Tickelia software. You will analyze each customer’s specific needs to offer customized solutions. You will manage technical and operational project documentation. You will interact directly with development teams and strategic customers. You will train end users and provide expert support during go-live. What are we looking for in you? Education: Completed university degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager, preferably in technology environments. Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies. Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written), preferred. Skills: Organization, proactivity, and effective communication. Bonus: If you have experience with SAP, Business Central, or SQL, we want to meet you!. What will make you stand out? (Sector Bonus): * Prior experience leading SaaS, ERP, or financial management tool implementations. * Solid technical knowledge of SAP, Business Central, or SQL query handling. * Understanding of expense audit processes, taxation (VAT), and certified digitalization.
