Job Summary: Responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process and strategic project management focused on customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Professional Analyst Location: Medellín (main office in Envigado) Salary: $2,800,000 to $3,000,000 Contract Type: Fixed-term for 4 months Work Modality: In-person Department: Commercial After-Sales (Used Vehicles) Job Mission: Responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence at the dealership, supporting process management, performance indicator tracking, and the development of strategic projects focused on customer experience. Main Responsibilities: Execute process engineering and support continuous improvement projects. Monitor action plans and performance indicators. Plan and coordinate inspections to ensure process quality. Manage projects to guarantee objective achievement. Evaluate and improve customer service habits (CIEN Project). Analyze and map processes to identify optimization opportunities. Support regional management’s strategic processes. Required Profile: Education: Students in final semesters or professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in data analysis or project management. Technical Knowledge: Intermediate/advanced Excel (mandatory). Power BI (mandatory). Proficiency in databases from multiple sources. Information systematization. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) and Canva. Competencies: Analytical ability. Results-oriented.
