Responsibilities: Timely processing and resolution of PQRS escalated by the Call Center, website, FacilPass mailbox, and third parties, adhering to defined response timeframes; monitoring of customer service channel activities. Technical Knowledge: Office tools: CRM, PQRS, databases. These would be your employment conditions! Salary: To be agreed upon (1 to 2 minimum legal monthly wages).
