Main Responsibilities: Profile access management and administration. Control and monitoring of processes related to user profiles. Security incident investigation and analysis. Technical support activities assistance. Compliance with cybersecurity and information security guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, cybersecurity, or information security. Knowledge of access management and security controls. Familiarity with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is desirable. Currently enrolled in at least the 8th semester of Systems Engineering or recently graduated professional.
