Main Responsibilities Support in basic welding processes and component preparation. Handling of hand tools and area equipment. Support in assembly, fitting, and installation of parts. Operational tasks assigned as required by the department (production, internal logistics, material handling, etc.). Requirements Basic welding knowledge (formal experience required) Proficiency in using hand tools. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Residence in Yumbo, Cali, or Palmira. Desirable: experience in the metal-mechanical sector (not mandatory) or as a production operator with job stability.
