Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in civil works, electricity, welding, and industrial maintenance to perform tasks in masonry, concrete, hydraulics, and facility modifications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Knowledge of civil works and electricity 3. Skills in masonry, concrete, and hydraulic networks Required qualifications: High school diploma; Technical degree in Civil Works; or Technical degree in Electricity, Welding, or Industrial Maintenance, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Assistant, in preventive and corrective maintenance, including grass-cutting, work at heights, welding, and civil works. Responsibilities: Taking measurements. Masonry activities. Concrete activities, including columns, beams, and foundations. Knowledge of hydraulic and sanitary networks. Facility modifications. Knowledge of light-frame structures. Finishes for white work. Additional activities related to the maintenance process. The candidate must demonstrate customer orientation, teamwork, and adherence to standards and procedures.
