Requirements: Currently enrolled student in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related technical or technological programs. Pending practical training period. No prior apprenticeship contract signed. Interest in culinary areas, food preparation, and good manufacturing practices. Learning attitude, responsibility, and teamwork. Ability to follow instructions and work in dynamic environments. Support Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation according to established guidelines. Handle and organize supplies and raw materials. Comply with hygiene standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety regulations. Assist in service setup and production. · We Offer: Apprenticeship contract. Monthly stipend: 100% of the current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLV). Affiliation with EPS (Health Insurance), ARL (Occupational Risk Insurance), and statutory benefits.
