The primary mission of this role is to support Aptar’s Integrated Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Aptar’s EHS standards. Additional responsibilities include: 1. Review and control system documentation to ensure it remains up to date. 2. Identify outdated documents and contact the process owner to initiate updates. 3. Conduct periodic reviews of the master document list to verify document and record validity and currency. 4. Support the EHS and Integrated Management Systems teams during organizational events. 5. Promote communications and activities across all personnel regarding EHS standard compliance, good manufacturing practices, and sound documentation practices. 6. Conduct oversight of production plant documentation to ensure proper completion and timely updates. 7. Report incidents and/or observations to immediate supervisors that could potentially lead to accidents or nonconformities against Aptar’s management systems.
