Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare food, ensuring quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety to satisfy customers. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of cold and hot foods for breakfast. 2. Maintenance of daily kitchen organization. 3. Compliance with quality and service standards. The GMH hotel chain is looking for a kitchen assistant to prepare food for all hotel services according to the scope of service, ensuring compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and response times to guarantee customer satisfaction and sales. The main responsibilities will be: - Prepare mise en place for their area. - Prepare cold and hot foods for breakfast service (according to menu scheduling). - Carry out production according to the schedule. - Report any developments or issues related to the process. - Perform additional duties assigned by their direct supervisor. - Maintain daily kitchen organization. - Monitor daily occupancy for service planning. - Adhere to breakfast standards and service · Shifts: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm / 10:00 pm - 06:00 am . -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, culinary, culinary, cook, kitchen
