Your Challenges: Schedule and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Lead the technical team (technicians and assistants) Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment failures Perform and supervise repairs (electrical, plumbing, facilities, etc.) Manage spare parts, tools, and materials inventory Supervise suppliers and contractors Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan Respond to technical emergencies and provide support to locations Prepare reports and manage work orders Requirements: Technical or technological degree in maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or related fields Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience Own motorcycle without corrective measures Key Skills: Industrial kitchen equipment Commercial refrigeration Electricity and natural gas Facilities maintenance Basic Office tools proficiency Working at heights certification (desirable) Working Conditions: Indefinite-term contract Modality: On-site (Bogotá) Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with compensatory day off Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience + statutory benefits (~$2,700,000 COP) We encourage you to apply to our job opening!
