Education Level: Professional degree in Business Administration, Financial Administration, Health Services Administration, Medicine (with administrative focus), Industrial Engineering, or related fields, plus specialization or master's degree in Health Management, Health Administration, Financial Management, or Senior Executive Leadership. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the health sector, holding managerial or executive positions. Knowledge: Management and administration; Colombian health system regulations (licensing, auditing, billing); quality management systems in health; financial and budgetary planning; marketing and customer service; human talent management.
