The Employment Management and Placement Agency Confa is recruiting, on behalf of one of our client companies, the position of: Production Operator Education Level: High School Diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of operational experience in the industrial sector. · Responsibilities: - Calculate, estimate, and requisition the quantity, quality, and types of materials required to execute production programs. - Prepare and maintain lists and records of raw materials and supplies needed in processes, ensuring their availability when required. - Support the preparation of operational and production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity and performance. - Verify inventory levels, organize deliveries of ordered materials, and investigate causes of delays. - Record workflow and material movement between departments. - Monitor machines to detect failures caused by material jams during processing. - Perform related duties. · Contract Terms: - Salary: COP 1,750,905 + Statutory Benefits - Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with a corresponding rest day.
