Mail management and appointment tracking We seek a committed, organized, and service-oriented **Reception and Access Control Assistant** to ensure timely service to customers, suppliers, and visitors while supporting access control and organizational administrative processes. * Receive and guide customers, suppliers, visitors, and colleagues. * Control and register the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, contractors, carriers, and vehicles. * Verify required documentation for supplier, contractor, and visitor entry, including validation of Social Security System affiliations where applicable. * Timely receive, register, sort, and distribute the company's physical and electronic correspondence. * Coordinate vehicle entry and track scheduled appointments. * Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to access control. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures for access control, customer service, security, and information confidentiality. High school diploma. Experience in similar roles. Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Work location: On-site employment
