Responsibilities Clean kitchen areas such as the main kitchen, pastry section, portioning area, etc., and their respective equipment including refrigerators and cold rooms. Clean and disinfect cutting boards, knives, etc. Submit supply requests for cleaning all areas to the Steward Supervisor. Properly classify waste in accordance with the chain's environmental policy.
