Excellent attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn We are looking for a SENA Administrative Management Apprentice currently in the academic or productive phase to support the department's administrative processes. The apprentice will provide support in documentation, filing, internal customer service, basic office software handling, and tracking of assigned administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: Support in physical and digital filing activities. Preparation and updating of reports and databases. Telephone support and assistance to the administrative team. Organization of documentation and tracking of internal processes. Support in correspondence management. General administrative tasks as required by the department. Requirements Be a SENA apprentice in the Administrative Management program or related fields. Have official approval for the academic or productive phase. Must not have previously held an apprenticeship contract. Basic proficiency in Excel and Office tools. Excellent attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
