Shares findings and completes process management forms Vacancy Available: Claim Adjustment and Returns Analyst Contract Type: Indefinite-term Department: Administrative Salary: $2\.200\.000 per month, payable at month-end The IPS is seeking a Claim Adjustment and Returns Analyst responsible for timely and effective processing of invoices in returned or adjusted status, complying with current regulations and contributing to the reduction of discrepancies attributable to the IPS. Main Responsibilities: \-Review objections on various EPS platforms. \-Transcribe objections and upload them into the institutional platform’s module. \-Support accounts objected in claim adjustments and returns. \-Process responses to claim adjustments notified by EPS. \-Reconstruct returned invoices along with their respective supporting documents. \-Issue responses via the institutional platform’s module. \-Support claim adjustments notified in reconciliation status. \-Share findings from the claim adjustment and returns response process with responsible departments. \-Complete the invoice return submission form. \-Complete process-related management spreadsheets. Required Profile: \-Technical, technological, or professional education in administrative or related fields. \-Experience in claim adjustment and returns management (preferably in the health sector). \-Proficiency in EPS platforms and office tools. \-Analytical ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
