Collaborative and dynamic work environment At SOLSIEM CONSTRUCTORA S.A.S., we seek committed personnel with a positive attitude to work as Construction Assistants on our project located in Soacha. **Main Responsibilities** * Manual loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials. * Preparation of mixtures, mortars, and concrete under the supervision of the site foreman. * Constant cleaning of the work area, debris removal, and tool organization. * Assistance in manual excavations, trench backfilling, and scaffolding assembly. * Strict compliance with occupational safety and health regulations as directed by the supervision team. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a construction assistant. * Commitment to using personal protective equipment and adhering to safety regulations. * Willingness to work collaboratively and perform physical labor. **Working Conditions** * **Contract Type:** Direct employment contract with the construction company * **Work Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Monday and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * **Salary:** $1\.900\.905 \+ Transportation Allowance * **Payment Frequency:** Biweekly **Selection Process** Apply through this channel, attaching your updated resume with current contact information.
