Position Profile: We seek a Law professional with at least one (1) year of experience handling executive proceedings against EPS, preferably with knowledge of the health sector. Analytical ability, legal writing skills, and mastery of the applicable regulatory framework will be especially valued. Main Responsibilities: Analysis, management, and execution of legal proceedings. Review and preparation of legal documents. Preparation of legal reports. Monitoring of executive proceedings. Coordination with the legal team and other related departments. Required Competencies: Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. Excellent legal writing and argumentation skills. Proactivity and results orientation. Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams. Working Conditions: Work Modality: On-site. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Location: Cúcuta.
