Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications focused on the healthcare sector. - Implement scalable, reliable solutions aligned with best development practices. - Participate in Back-End application development and software architecture. - Manage technological projects and lead work teams effectively. - Supervise processes and inspections related to the correct implementation of technological and logistical procedures. - Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient and functional solutions. Conditions: - Contract type: Indefinite-term. - Work modality: On-site. - Location: Ciudad del Río, Medellín. - Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday until 4:00 p.m. - Salary: To be agreed upon. Requirements: - Professional degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. - Experience in software development and object-oriented programming (OOP). - Solid knowledge of Back-End web development. - Experience in project management and team leadership. - Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
