




Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support to ensure the continuity and security of institutional information, maintaining equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment MISSION / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Provide technical and operational support to organizational users, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, networks, information systems, and technological tools, thereby contributing to operational continuity and institutional information security. FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITY Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. Install, configure, and update computer equipment and peripherals. Manage incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment. Support institutional user and access administration. Support basic network and telecommunications administration. Manage inventory of equipment and technological resources. Log and track incidents via the help desk. Execute queries, validations, and generation of basic database-level reports. Escalate critical incidents to supervisors and/or technology vendors. Provide basic user training on technological tools.
