




Position Summary: Coopidrogas is seeking a Field Support Technician to manage requests, incidents, and technological requirements remotely and in person, delivering timely service. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, advising, resolving, training, accompanying, visiting, channeling, escalating, and following up on matters in a specialized manner—both remotely and in person—providing timely and high-quality service for all requests, incidents, or requirements escalated by the Associate Technology Support Center (CATA), in accordance with the service catalog. Requirements: Academic background: Technician or Professional degree in related fields. Knowledge of databases (MySQL and SQL Server), Windows and Linux operating systems, and communications. Minimum 2 years of experience in software installation and support processes. Availability to work 100% on-site and undertake frequent travel (Putumayo region, Southern Cauca).
