Your Key Challenges: Creating Experiences: Design and lead the Annual Well-being Plan focused on mental health and work-life balance. Strategic Connection: Manage agreements and activities with Compensation Funds to deliver real well-being to our collaborators’ families. Culture of Care: Implement recognition and psychosocial support programs that reinforce our sense of belonging. Data-Driven Transformation: Analyze climate and turnover indicators to propose improvements that directly impact team happiness. What Do We Need From You? Psychology professional with leadership spirit and a well-being focus. Experience: 2 years managing organizational climate and well-being programs (preferably in the health or services sector). Position Details: Salary: $2,200,000. Contract: Fixed-term contract for 3 months (renewable based on performance). Location: Our office near the Virrey Transmilenio station (one of Bogotá’s most dynamic areas).
